Responsibilities:

• Perform basic tasks including painting and touch-ups.
• Perform small framing and carpentry tasks.
• Perform drywall repairs.
• Detect and report the need for major maintenance repairs.
• Monitor trades performance to ensure compliance with project, owner and quality standards.
• Respond to clients’ maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain the cleanliness on site on a daily basis.
• Address site issues and propose and implement course of action.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years’ working experience in a similar role.
• Extremely organized with good communication skills.
• Detail-orientated with an aptitude for problem-solving.
• Great personal skills to liaise with clients on a daily basis.

Job description

We are seeking a skilled finishing carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in carpentry. The candidate will be responsible for installing and repairing various types of interior and exterior finishing materials, such as moldings, baseboards, doors, window casings, cabinetry, and custom trim. 

Responsibilities:

• Install and repair interior and exterior finishing materials.
• Use various hand and power tools , including saws, drills, hammers.
• Read blueprints and follow specifications to ensure the finished work meets the required standards of quality and accuracy.
• Collaborate with other tradespeople and contractors.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working order.
• Communicate with clients to understand their requirements and ensure that their expectations are met.

Qualifications:

• At least 3-5 years of experience in finish carpentry.
• Ability to read blueprints and follow specifications accurately.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
