We provide weekly progress reports including updates on key construction activities and milestones, procurement items, inspections and activities scheduled for the following week. We provide you weekly site photos to ensure you are up to date with the latest activities.
Upon completion of the construction of your medical or health care office, we will attain building final, which allows you to occupy your new office and start operations. Prior to demobilization, we will schedule a walk-through, to review the project with you. We will create a list of any deficiencies that you may have and resolve all outstanding items immediately. Finally, we will provide you all necessary post construction documentation, including trade contractor information, product specifications, and all relevant warranty documentation.
