At Quay Construction our clients are the focal point of our business. Our goal is to build your vision and our process begins with you. We will schedule an initial meeting to discuss your requirements, design inspirations, budget and timeline. In addition to being a remodeling company we also offer interior design services if you prefer to work with a designer to create the perfect design for your home. We have an extensive list of design inspirations, for each area of your home, on our social media, to help set a baseline for your renovation. 

Once we have an initial look and feel set for your renovation, we start working on putting together a specification package with options for every aspect of your renovation. We provide options for appliances, cabinets, countertops, flooring, plumbing and lighting fixtures for your kitchen renovation. We issue a list of specifications for your bedroom, living room, home office, and bathroom in a similar fashion. 

Upon completion of the design phase, we go out to trade tender and provide you with a construction budget for your project. We work with designers and our trades to make sure your renovation fits your budget. Once we achieve a budget and schedule that meets your needs, we will begin construction.

We provide you with a project manager, whom will plan your renovation and be your contact throughout the project. We will also supply an experienced Site Supervisor to manage the construction on site and ensure all quality standards and timelines are met.
