As a commercial general contractor, our design-build process starts with meeting you to understand your vision, goals, budget and timelines. We review the requirements of your business and design an office that will meet the unique needs for your business. Throughout the design process, we maintain open communication to ensure every detail is captured prior to the construction of the project. We also provide cost savings measures to ensure the project is delivered on an efficient budget.
With our in-house interior designers, as well as close relationships with architecture and engineering firms, we ensure you have the right team for your office tenant improvement. We work with municipalities and project consultants to ensure all the permitting requirements are met and the building permit is issued in a timely manner.
Upon receipt of all necessary permits, we will provide you with an experienced supervision team, including a Project Manager and Site Supervisor whom will ensure you project is executed effectively.
We provide weekly reports to keep you up to date with the progress of your project. Our weekly reports include information on the construction progress from the previous week, upcoming activities for the week ahead, as well as photos of progress on site.
Upon completion of your office tenant improvement, we will work with the consultant team, fire department, service providers and municipalities to achieve occupancy or building final.
We will schedule an owners' walk-through to ensure that our work meets and exceeds your requirements and will remedy any deficiencies that may be identified during this walk-through. Upon completion of all deficiencies, we will provide you with an Occupancy Binder, which will include information regarding trade contractors involved on the project, product specifications, and all relevant warranty documentation.
