How to ApplyExperienced Handyman
We are looking for a highly capable handyman with broad renovation experience who can confidently handle smaller construction scopes, deficiency work, repairs, installations and finishing tasks across residential and commercial renovation projects.
- Complete miscellaneous renovation and finishing work across active job sites.
- Handle repairs, deficiencies and smaller scopes requiring multi-trade construction knowledge.
- Install hardware, fixtures, trim and other renovation components.
- Complete basic carpentry, drywall repairs, patching, finishing and general construction work.
- Identify issues and communicate required repairs or additional work to the project team.
- Maintain clean, protected and professional work areas.
- Minimum five years of relevant construction or renovation experience.
- Broad practical knowledge across multiple interior renovation tasks.
- Valid driver's licence.
- Ability to work independently and solve practical site problems.
- Strong attention to detail and professional communication.
- Personal vehicle and a good selection of tools are considered strong assets.
Interior Carpenter
We are looking for a carpenter with hands-on interior renovation experience. This is not a framing-only position. The ideal candidate understands the accuracy, finishing standards and problem-solving required when working inside completed or partially completed interiors.
- Complete interior carpentry work on kitchen, bathroom, condo and home renovations.
- Install doors, casing, baseboards, trims and other finished carpentry components.
- Complete backing, blocking, framing modifications and preparation for millwork or finishes.
- Work around existing construction where accuracy and careful integration are required.
- Read measurements, layouts and project information before completing installations.
- Coordinate effectively with other trades working around finished surfaces.
- Minimum two years of relevant carpentry experience.
- Previous interior renovation or finishing experience is required.
- Candidates with exclusively rough framing experience are not the right fit for this role.
- Valid driver's licence.
- Ability to produce clean, accurate and consistent finished work.
- Comfortable working in occupied homes, condos and finished interiors.
Drywaller
We are looking for an experienced drywaller who can complete renovation drywall work cleanly and efficiently, including new board installation, repairs, patches and finishing around existing interiors.
- Install drywall on renovation projects and interior alterations.
- Complete drywall repairs, patches and openings created by plumbing, electrical and other trades.
- Tape, fill and prepare surfaces for subsequent finishing.
- Work cleanly around existing floors, cabinetry, fixtures and completed finishes.
- Review work areas and identify preparation requirements before installation begins.
- Maintain organized and protected work areas during construction.
- Minimum three years of relevant drywall experience.
- Experience working on renovation projects rather than exclusively new construction is preferred.
- Valid driver's licence.
- Ability to complete clean repairs and blend new work into existing construction.
- Reliable attendance and professional site conduct.
- Strong attention to preparation, protection and finishing quality.
