Kitchens we've actually built.
Explore completed kitchen renovation projects by QUAY Construction across Vancouver, Yaletown, Kitsilano, Shaughnessy, West Point Grey and Chartwell in West Vancouver.
From compact condo kitchens to heritage homes and highly customized luxury spaces, every project represents a different property, challenge and solution.

Different homes. Different kitchens.
A successful kitchen renovation should respond to the property around it. A Yaletown condo requires a very different approach from a Shaughnessy heritage home or a large kitchen in Chartwell.
Browse the projects below to see how QUAY has approached cabinetry, storage, countertops, appliances, lighting, plumbing, millwork and construction across different Vancouver homes.

Your contractor should understand more than finishes.
Building Logistics
Condo kitchens may require strata submissions, elevator bookings, plumbing shutdowns, protection and restricted work hours.
Technical Coordination
Cabinetry dimensions must align with appliances, plumbing, electrical rough-ins, countertops, lighting and finished surfaces.
Existing Homes
Older Vancouver homes can reveal uneven framing, outdated services and existing conditions that require practical construction decisions.
Finish Execution
The final result depends on hundreds of small dimensions, transitions, alignments and sequencing decisions.
